BAR & WAITING STAFF
FULL & PART TIME / PERMAMENT
We are currently recruiting to fill Full Time and Part Time Bar and Waiting positions ready for the gradual
re-opening of the hospitality industry in April, May and June.
Various start dates are available.
*Please state whether you are applying for a Bar or Waiting position or if you would like to be considered for both. Ideal candidates will be flexible and willing to work on the bar and the restaurant floor.
We are a well established and extremely busy Restaurant and Bar so at least 1 years' previous experience in a similar environment is essential, and the applicant must be 18+ to comply with licensing laws due to serving alcohol.
Hours of work are flexible and are spread between days, evenings and nights on a weekly basis. Please note that shifts will be mostly weekends on a Friday and Saturday evenings and night for these current positions.
Proof of both your age, and your eligibility to work in the UK will be required if you are invited to an interview, and we will require references from your previous employers if you are successful.

FULL TIME / PERMAMENT
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Chef to work full time in our busy restaurant on Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, they will have to be able to work well within a large kitchen team, show initiative, be hard working, driven and looking to work as part of a skilled and passionate team where you will be challenged and developed.
The successful candidate will require the following characteristics and skills:
A hardworking, friendly and positive attitude.
Prepared to be trained in various positions and sections in the kitchen.
Be a team player in a highly motivated team.
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in high volume kitchens and fast paced hospitality environments.
Must be fully flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends and be able to do split shifts.
Own transport would be beneficial but isn't required.
Food Hygiene and Safety Award Level 1 is required as a minimum.
If you are successful you will be required to be involved with the following kitchen activities:
Morning preparation of food and helping to set up the kitchen ready for service.
Working on various stations during service and making a variety of different dishes.
Preparing and cooking high quality food fresh to order and maintaining the reputation of our restaurant.
Ensuring the kitchen is cleaned to an exceptionally high standard after every shift.
The salary offered is competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
